City and State Tax information for Exhibitors

Exhibitors at AZFAME who intend on selling products at their booths must file for a temporary State of Arizona and City of Phoenix tax permits. AZFAME is not responsible for Exhibitor taxes, however the links below will provide you with the forms you will need. For further information on these taxes please contact the representatives listed on the individual forms.
