Q: Can I sell products at my exhibitor booth?
A: Yes. You can sell products, services, promote, network etc. The only restriction is that you cannot sell food or beverage products (but you can supply samples to attendees). You must complete a State of Arizona and City of Phoenix temporary tax application, available on the Exhibitors Info page.
Q: What does my exhibitor space come with?
A: Each space differs depending on which option you choose. For more information see the Exhibitors Info Page.
Q: What does my exhibitor listing look like in the ShowGuide?
A: Your company listing is an additional way to get even more exposure during and after the event. AZFAME ShowGuides are provided to each attendee upon arrival at the expo. Below is an example of a company listing included with the purchase of a expo table:

Depleting Shadow Entertainment is an independent film, television and media event company dedicated to the development of quality feature films, television productions and media-oriented events. Founded in 2007, by filmmakers Dana Skvarek, Richard Ryan and David Grosse. DSE is based out of Phoenix Arizona.
Q: How many exhibitor badges will my company get?
A: Exhibitor Badges are required by anyone working an exhibitor space. If you purchase a standard Exhibitor Package without any advertising you will receive two (2) Exhibitor badges for your booth/space. More are given with different levels of advertising or sponsorship and additional exhibitor badges may be purchased for $25.00 each up to Five (5) per booth/table.
Q: Is there access to electrical outlets and/or internet?
A: Yes. All Exhibitor Packages include electrical. Internet access is also available for an additional fee.
Q: Can my company purchase any additional marketing opportunities
A: Yes we have a number of exciting ways for your company to get additional great exposure. Please contact us for our list of advertising opportunities that your company may take advantage of.
Q. My company would like to be a presenting sponsor. How do we do this?
